Hi, This is from Andrea's husband John. On 1/11, Andrea suffered a brain hemorrhage. We coulda lost her! Her recovery will take some time, so she will probably not be posting for a while. She is currently in the ICU, and hopefully will be in a regular hospital room soon. I am compiling an email list which I will use to post status updates every now and then. If you want to be added to the list, please send an email to kelso at bev dot net, and indicate you're one of her blogger friends. I'll send you the compiled past email messages as well as new updates.
I know when she pops out of the other side of this, she will want to reconnect.

This is from John again.
Many thanks for all your kind wishes. Andrea belives in angels and ghosts, so if you have any to spare please send them her way. I'm sure she'll put them to good use.
I've addded a few names to my email list. If you set me an email and have not gotten a response it might be that my spam filter ate it, or I somehow missed it. Anyway, please send me an email if you wish to be on the list but haven't yet gotten an email from me.

Hi all,
I visit Andrea every day, and see a little improvement every time I visit. But, she still has a long way to go. The good news is that she is always in good spirits, and her personality and sense of humor seem intact. On Tuesday the therapists meet to decide on her prognosis- I'll send out a report via email when I get the word.

Hello dear whisper - I'm feeling quite well, though it takes a little time to complete a message.
The prayers of one and all have been heard once and for all! Thanks so much, for those; I do believe there is only one God/Allah. It's impossible to know the reasons though ... so I'll take life a day at a time.

Kind of John for continuously keeping us updated about your recovery and I have been posting his mails on my blog to let people know that you are doing better and better with each passing day.
